Who Saw the Problem

Alex Belmontez grew up in the trade. He started in the West-Mec diesel program in high school, then cut his teeth at Freightliner, Rush Peterbilt, and RWC International.

When he joined Rush Peterbilt's mobile service team, he saw firsthand how the mobile repair industry was failing fleet customers — slow response times, inconsistent quality, zero accountability.

So he built ATAC to do it right. Faster response. Certified techs. Real accountability. Today, ATAC runs a 12-person team with mobile techs on call 24/7 — family-owned and operated out of Phoenix since 2017.

How much does a mobile truck repair call-out cost?
Our mobile call-out fee is $99.99. This fee is waived for contract fleet customers. We offer 24/7 mobile service across the Phoenix metro area and all of Arizona with a target 2-hour dispatch window.
What truck brands do you service?
We service all medium and heavy-duty commercial diesel trucks including Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, International, Volvo, Mack, Hino, Autocar, Battle Motors, and Blue Bird. We specialize in truck cab A/C systems — no trailer A/C services.
Do you accept fleet cards and purchase orders?
Yes. We accept credit cards, cash, and fleet cards. For fleet customers, we work with purchase orders and offer Net 15/30 payment terms. We do not accept EFS or Comchecks.
Are you an NTP warranty authorized shop?
Yes — ATAC is the only independent NTP warranty authorized shop in Arizona. Customers bring trucks already under NTP warranty for covered repairs with faster turnaround than dealer alternatives. We also partner with TruNorth and Truck Masters for extended warranty work.
What is your response time for mobile service?
We target a 2-hour dispatch window for emergency roadside service across the Phoenix metro. Mobile service is available 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Most in-shop repairs are completed same-day.
Do you offer DOT inspections?
Yes. We perform Federal and State DOT inspections as well as preventative maintenance programs including 30/60/90 day inspections, daily truck inspections, and brake and suspension repairs to keep your fleet compliant.
