Arizona Truck A/C & Repair (ATAC) is a family-owned commercial truck repair shop and mobile service provider based in Phoenix, AZ. Founded by Alex Belmontez in 2017, ATAC is the only independent NTP warranty shop in Arizona. The shop is staffed by a 12-person team of ASE-certified diesel technicians serving fleets of all sizes across the entire state.

## About the Owner

Alex Belmontez grew up in the trade. He started in the West-Mec diesel program in high school, then gained experience at Freightliner, Rush Peterbilt, and RWC International. When he joined Rush Peterbilt's mobile service team, he saw firsthand how the mobile repair industry was failing fleet customers — slow response times, inconsistent quality, zero accountability. So he built ATAC to do it right: faster response, certified techs, real accountability. Today, ATAC runs a 12-person team with mobile techs on call 24/7, family-owned and operated out of Phoenix since 2017.

### A/C Repair & Parts
Full truck air conditioning service including compressors, condensers, expansion valves, orifice tubes, A/C hoses (repaired in-house), evaporator and HVAC filters, pressure testing, and complete A/C system inspections. ATAC specializes in commercial truck A/C systems for Arizona's extreme heat conditions.

Common A/C problems ATAC repairs:
- A/C not cooling or blowing warm air
- Mildew or humidity odor from air vents
- Weak or reduced airflow through vents
- Defrost system not clearing windshield properly
- Idle cooling issues (A/C works only while driving)

Note: ATAC services truck cab A/C systems only. No trailer A/C services.

### Mobile & Roadside Service
24/7 emergency roadside repair with a target 2-hour dispatch window across the Phoenix metro area and statewide. Services available on-site include:
- Check engine and emission diagnostics
- DPF/DOC cleaning and regeneration
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair
- Radiator replacement
- Welding repairs
- Emergency breakdown response

Mobile call-out fee is $99.99, waived for contract fleet customers.
